SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our products and services.
Your data is stored via Shopify's data storage, databases, and general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to make your purchase, Shopify records your credit card data. It is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for the time necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once this operation is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways comply with the standards established by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort by brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure management of credit card information by our store and its service providers. SECTION 8 - SUBSCRIPTION AND SMS COMMUNICATION
We use a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By signing up for our SMS marketing and notifications, you accept these terms.
By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, or by subscribing through our subscription form or keyword, you agree to us sending you SMS notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and SMS marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a prerequisite for any purchase.
Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc,” a European Union company based in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications.
When sending SMS messages, your phone number will be transmitted to an SMS operator to ensure their delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving SMS marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any text message sent by us, or use the unsubscribe link we provided in one of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative unsubscribe methods, such as using alternative keywords or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply.
