Return and exchange

If you wish to return your items, please send the new, unworn products in their original packaging, with your order number, by tracked parcel, within 14 days of receiving your package to the following address:

The products will be checked by our after-sales service.

After verification of the products and validation of their new condition by the after-sales service, we will proceed with the refund to the payment method used for the purchase.

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact our customer service department, who will send you a return label to print and affix to your return package.

Upon receipt of the package and after checking the products and validating their new condition, we will proceed with ordering the item concerned by the exchange.
