Return and exchange

If you wish to return your items, please send us the new, unworn products in their original packaging by tracked parcel , stating your order number, within 14 days of receipt of your package to the following address:

The products will be checked by our after-sales service.

After checking the products and validating the new condition of the products by the after-sales service, we will proceed to the reimbursement on the means of payment used for the purchase.

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact our customer service who will send you a return label which you will need to print and affix to your return package.

Upon receipt of the package and after checking the products and validating the new condition of the products, we will proceed to order the item concerned by the exchange.
