Right of withdrawal

Welcome to our returns area. We believe that the transition to healthier and more sustainable protection should always be a serene and confident experience. Whether it's a style whose cut isn't quite right for your body shape or simply a change of mind, we understand perfectly that choosing intimate protection sometimes takes time.

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have a full right of withdrawal. You have a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your package to change your mind, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.

⚠️ Attention – Special Hygiene Condition
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal applies only if the product has not been unsealed, tried on the skin, worn, or washed. For obvious health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for panties or swimsuits whose sealed protective packaging has been opened.

To simplify your process, we have provided the form below. Simply complete it to inform us of your decision. After validation, you will have a new period of 14 days to return the item to us in its original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and verification by us, we will proceed with a full refund of your order, including any delivery costs (at the standard rate).

Please note that return shipping costs remain your responsibility. Products must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging. Our customer service team is at your disposal to guide you every step of the way and ensure your experience with us is as smooth as possible.
