What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process your order, then 6 to 12 business days to deliver it to you.

Where do we ship your product from?
Adopte ma culotte is an exclusively online store.
We are a French team to better respond to your requests.
Ardent defenders of eco-responsible products, our first productions were made in our workshops in France, using the most effective materials in terms of health solutions; the absorption quality of our protections; as well as odor management, which is far too disturbing with various disposable solutions.
However, many obstacles made our menstrual underwear financially inaccessible for those with relatively modest incomes.
The health consequences of disposable protection solutions are so dramatic that we could not bring ourselves to abandon our initial project.
It was simply unthinkable.
It was imperative to find a compromise between quality products and an affordable price for everyone.
That's why, despite our deep preference for a 100% local economy, we opted to outsource our know-how to our ethical manufacturing workshop in Asia.
Lower manufacturing costs thus allow us to offer you a more accessible price, without neglecting quality.

What is your return policy?
We offer returns for exchanges within 14 days of receiving the items.
Shipping costs for product returns will be at your expense, except in the case of an exchange for which a return label will be provided to you.

How long can I wear my underwear?
We measure our underwear by its absorbency. Our most absorbent styles hold 4 tampons of liquid. For some customers, this means wearing them all day, and for others, it may mean planning for an extra pair of underwear as a backup.
How does AdopteMaCulotte work?
Adopte ma culotte underwear are undergarments that absorb your period. Each pair is made with a patented design and our exclusive technology that absorbs your flow, wicks away moisture, controls odors, and prevents leaks - leaving you feeling fresh and dry.
What is the composition of Adopte ma culotte underwear?
Outer layer: 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex
Lining: 80% Polyester, 20% Nylon
Membrane: 100% Microfiber and bamboo fibers

How do I know what size to buy?
We recommend following hip measurements, as most of our styles sit on the hips. Be sure to measure your hips at their widest point (including your behind!) to find the most accurate size for you! If you don't have a tape measure, you can use the size you are usually most comfortable with for your underwear. We recommend that underwear be snug, but not so tight as to be uncomfortable. Where are your products manufactured?
We use local materials, such as OEKO TEX STANDARD100 cotton and bamboo processed on site in its place of origin, in our responsible and specialized workshop based in Shantou (Asia). In addition to certified and controlled materials, our workshop respects ethical and environmental quality standards and provides certificates of fair wages and good working conditions according to standards. Indeed: Made In Europe does not necessarily mean a reduced carbon footprint, quite the contrary. Regarding menstrual underwear which requires a technology made of special fabrics, "the massive import of foreign materials {from India, Turkey, China, Morocco and Egypt) necessary for Europe is not the environmental solution, it is even one of the causes of global textile pollution and the increase in the carbon footprint: this makes no sense for menstrual underwear intended to be eco-responsible and affordable. We spent months researching and co-creating with a community of informed menstrual underwear users to (finally) listen to the reality of their expectations. We thus expertly produce the best quality of menstrual underwear in terms of absorption and comfort, with the lowest carbon footprint, in the shortest delivery times and at the fairest price. So, why not sell our menstrual underwear as expensive as on the market? Simple answer: we make a significant effort on our margin. It's a militant choice that our very small team has respected for a year for one single goal: to abolish period poverty. Because you deserve it, and have for far too long. Adopte ma culotte is a passion project created by a Nantes family, and embodies a social movement in the making. Our reward is to achieve our primary objective: concrete and tangible progress in the menstrual revolution."

You have received your product but it does not meet your expectations or you made a mistake when ordering or you simply changed your mind?
Don't worry, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your item! You can request a refund or an exchange, only for new, unworn, and unused products. We invite you to read our return policy.

Shipping costs for returning the product will be at your expense.
If you request a refund with product return, we will fully reimburse you for the price of the product(s) including the delivery costs you paid at the time of your order. The return shipping costs to our company are at your expense

Does the product you received have a manufacturing defect?
First of all, we apologize for this incident. We are concerned about the quality of our products and the complete satisfaction of our customers. Unfortunately, if despite our efforts, a product defect has escaped us and it is yours, we will remedy it.
