What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process your order then 8 to 10 working days to deliver it to you.

Where do we ship your product from?
Adopt my panties is an exclusively online store.
We are a French team, our offices are located near Nantes (at Chapelle Basse Mer, to be exact) to better respond to your requests.
Fervent defenders of eco-responsible products, our first productions were made in our workshops in France, with the most effective materials in terms of health solutions; the absorption quality of our protections; as well as the management of odors, which are far too disruptive with the various disposable solutions.
However, many obstacles made our menstrual panties financially inaccessible for those with relatively modest incomes.
The health consequences of disposable protective solutions are so dramatic that we could not bring ourselves to abandon our initial project.
It was just unthinkable.
It was imperative to find a compromise between quality products and a price accessible to all.
This is why, despite our deep preference for a 100% local economy, we have opted to relocate our know-how to our ethical manufacturing workshop in Asia.
This is why we have chosen to offer delivery, despite the fact that it is international. Manufacturing costs, more reliable, allow us to offer you a more accessible price, without neglecting quality.

What is your return policy ?
We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked!

How long can I wear my panties?
We measure our underwear based on its absorbency. Our most absorbent models contain 4 liquid pads. For some customers, this means wearing them all day and for others, it may mean bringing extra panties as backup.
How does AdopteMaCulotte work?
Adopt my panties are underwear that absorb your period. Each pair is made with a patented design and our exclusive technology that absorbs your flow, wicks away moisture, controls odor and prevents leaks - leaving you fresh and dry.
What is the composition of Adopte ma culotte panties?
Outer layer : 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex
Lining : 80% Polyester, 20% Nylon
Membrane : 100% Microfiber and bamboo fibers

How do I know what size to buy?
We recommend following the hip measurement as most of our designs sit on the hips. Make sure to measure your hips at their widest point (including the back!) to find the most accurate size for you! If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use the size you are usually most comfortable with for your underwear. We recommend that underwear fit snugly, but not so tight that it is uncomfortable. Where are your products made?
We use local materials, such as OEKO TEX STANDARD100 cotton and bamboo processed on site in its original environment, in our responsible and specialized workshop based in Shantou (Asia). In addition to certified and controlled materials, our workshop respects ethical and environmental quality standards and presents certificates of good remuneration and good working conditions that meet standards. Indeed: Made In Europe does not necessarily mean reducing the carbon footprint, quite the contrary. Regarding menstrual panties which require technology made from special fabrics,"the massive importation of foreign materials {from India, Turkey, China, Morocco and Egypt) necessary for Europe is not the environmental solution, it is even one of the causes of global textile pollution and the increase in the carbon footprint: this makes no sense for menstrual panties that are intended to be eco-responsible and affordable. We've done months of research and worked co-creatively with a community of savvy period panty fans to (finally) listen to the reality of their expectations. We thus expertly produce the best quality menstrual panties in terms of absorption and comfort, with the smallest carbon footprint, within the shortest delivery times and at the fairest price. So why not sell our menstrual panties as expensive as on the market? Simple answer: we make a significant effort on our margin. It’s a militant choice that our very small team has been respecting for a year for one and the same goal: to abolish menstrual poverty. You deserve it, and for far too long. Adopt my panties is a heartfelt project created by a family from Nantes, and embodies a social movement in the making. RETURNS :
Have you received your product but it does not meet your expectations or did you make a mistake when ordering or have you simply changed your mind?
Don't worry, you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days from receipt of your item! You can request a refund or exchange, only for new, unworn and unused products. We invite you to read our returns policy.

Shipping costs for returning the product will be your responsibility.
If you request a refund with return of the product, we will refund you in full the price of the product(s) including the delivery costs that you paid at the time of your order. Return costs to our company are your responsibility.
This right of withdrawal is in accordance with article L121-21 of the Consumer Code.
The product you received has a manufacturing defect?
