Return policy

Time limit

Our returns policy applies up to 14 days after receipt of the package. If 14 days have passed since we received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Terms

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your panties must be unworn, unused and in the condition in which you received them. They must also be in their original sealed packaging.

The return is your responsibility

For an exchange or refund, you must return the new, unworn, unused products to our postal address in France. This address will be communicated to you as soon as you contact us at contact@adoptemaculotte.com.

Return costs to our company based in France remain your responsibility.

Contact us to benefit from the return policy

The products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to the address indicated by adoptemaculotte.com customer service to allow resale.

To make an exchange or return of product(s), you must contact us by email contact@adoptemaculotte.com specifying your order number and detailing your request.

Exchange for another size

In order to obtain an exchange of products for a different size, you must return the products to us in new, unused and unworn condition. Once the products are received and inspected, we will notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your exchange request. If your request is approved, we will order the new products and send them to you again, at no additional shipping cost to you.

The time limit for receiving your exchanged product will be communicated to you for information purposes only.

Refund (if applicable)

In order to obtain a refund, you must return the products to us in new, unused and unworn condition. Once the products are received and inspected, we will notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.

If the seller receives opened, used, incomplete, damaged or soiled products, adoptemaculotte.com will not provide any refund.

If your request is accepted, the reimbursement of the product(s) ordered will be made by the same means of payment as that used by the Customer when ordering.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you do not receive your refund within 15 days, please contact your bank as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

After having confirmation from your bank that the reimbursement is not recorded, please contact us at contact@adoptemaculotte.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, items ordered during sales periods are not refundable or exchangeable.

Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and then give it to you, we will issue a refund to the customer who is at the origin of the order.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Several types of products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Panties worn
  • Used, soiled panties
  • Washed panties

In order to guarantee the conformity of returned products (new, unworn), we use an ultraviolet lamp. Thanks to this system, we determine whether the return or exchange is admissible or not.
